Throughout my 15-year career, I have worked with top organizations and brands to find their voice, organize complex systems, and convey messages in an effective and engaging way.I am passionate about the power of sport and recreation to change the world. I began my career in college athletics and then worked for USA Track & Field and the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee. Outside of sports, I also led communications and marketing for a direct-to-consumer brand in the outdoor industry.I am an avid mountain biker and coach. I live in Colorado Springs with my husband and son.

PR: I work both on a national and local level with proactive media pitching, messaging development, writing and distributing press releases, media training, crisis communications planning and response.
Brand Voice Development: Do you ever feel like the tone and word choice of your content isn’t matching up across your organization? I can create a brand messaging guide that captures your vision into actionable guidelines that anyone can use to write on-brand copy.
Written Content: Need someone to crank out blogs, write feature stories, draft newsletters or create social posts? I’ve been doing this for 15+ years and can create high-quality content for you.
Website Copy: This is one of my favorites. I can inventory your current site, or work on pages you have in development to make sure that the words on the page will capture attention and bring people to action.
Social Media: Do you need someone to complete a social media audit and come up with a strategic plan for all of your platforms? I help with social media from a strategic level, down to the daily grind of creating and publishing content and nurturing your community of followers. I do minor photo edits and graphic design here too.
Corporate Communications: Not all PR is external. I can help you polish materials for donors, investors and staff. I’ve helped clients with creating pitch decks, writing speeches or translating HR speak into words that make your employees feel like humans.
